Social Fire Media was founded in 2012 by Matt Davidson and Brendan McMahon after seeing how larger agencies pushed rigid solutions, hid costs, and treated clients as an afterthought. We knew there had to be a better way.

From the start, we worked hands-on with local Philadelphia businesses, focusing on what matters most: clear guidance, flexible plans, and work that actually pays off.

In 2014, Nick Bloomer joined as our first employee and is now our SVP—bringing not just leadership, but hands-on talent as a website designer and developer with an exceptional eye for design. 

As we grew, we carefully built a team of seven and expanded our services from local marketing into direct-to-consumer and e-commerce, strengthening our creative along the way. Today, we offer digital advertising, e-commerce, and full-service marketing, staying platform-agnostic and letting the data lead us to what works.

We believe in putting ourselves in the owner’s shoes, speaking up when something doesn’t make sense, and continuing to grind, learn, and improve. That mindset still drives how we work today, helping our clients build momentum and win in their markets.
