DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Social Fire Media is a close knit and hard-working team of 6. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who must be creative, tech savvy and well rounded. Everyone is a very important component of our small, fun, and fast-growing company based in Blue Bell, PA (20 miles west of Philadelphia). Ideal applicants should have 2 or more years of experience in a similar position. Compensation and benefits are very competitive (1st year target Comp is 45+, depending on talent/experience) and the fun culture cannot be beat!

Daily responsibilities will include:

Amazing graphic design & video editing work for a wide variety of digital channels including Facebook ads, Instagram ads, TikTok ads, YouTube ads, responsive website design & high converting D2C landing pages for e-commerce.

Facebook/Instagram & Google Ads – Continuous ad creation & testing, strategy, account management, data analysis and reporting, ongoing optimization

Creation and ongoing testing of compelling ad copy and design that captures people’s attention and induces action!

Data collection and analysis to determine opportunities to improve the performance of digital ad campaigns.

Research ideas to develop new services that drive new revenue streams.

Effectively communicate & collaborate internally and with clients

Account Management – Act as main point of contact and client advocate. Gather information and assess needs and communicate and coordinate all internal projects and tasks.

Staying current with the newest and latest news, features, and services in the world of all things digital.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 Years experience with using Facebook/Instagram/Google/YouTube/TikTok advertising platforms

Required Qualifications:
• Proactive and intellectually curious.
• Strong interest in Digital Advertising, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graphic design & video editing skills – familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Logical thinker with strong analytical skills, love of data and statistics.

Additional Requirements & Information:
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
• Must have access to own transportation.
• End of year bonus based on productivity and company profit
• Available 40 hours/week.

DIGITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE – Part Time/Weekends

Social Fire Media is a five-star rated full service digital marketing agency in Philadelphia. We have a close knit and hard-working team of 6.

This position is based in Blue Bell, PA, but is a permanent work from home position.

Social Fire Media works with a wide range of clientele, from smaller local businesses, to large national companies, to e-commerce. As a small team, we are all required to be involved in virtually all aspects of our business. Our newest hire must be proactive and willing to do whatever is necessary to help our clients and teammates succeed!

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering superior and personalized customer service as a representative of Social Fire Media, and for the Brands that we represent.
• Moderating social media comments through a variety of channels including social media posts, ad comments, and private/direct messages
• Educate customers and answer questions to help resolve issues
• Relaying customer feedback to the team and collaborate with our clients to build an extensive FAQ sheet to be able to answer any customer question or concerns
• Providing a weekly list of common themes seen from customer feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and dedication to account management
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Quick learner, ability to adapt to new platforms and techniques
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager is a plus
• Experience in customer service is preferred

Additional information:

Flexible hours – 6-8 hours on Saturday/Sunday, 2-5 hours per day Monday-Friday
Work from home privileges

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
